1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your information through our lead generation forms on Facebook, Instagram, or our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not submit your information.
2. Nature of Service
HealthSure SA provides a lead generation and referral service connecting potential clients with licensed Financial Services Providers (FSPs) who offer medical insurance products. We are not an insurer, underwriter, or medical aid scheme. By submitting your details, you are requesting to be contacted about medical insurance options — this does not constitute an application for cover or a binding agreement.
3. No Guarantee of Cover
Submitting your details does not guarantee acceptance, coverage, or any specific premium. All insurance products are subject to the terms, conditions, and underwriting criteria of the relevant insurer. Final acceptance and pricing are determined by the underwriter upon completion of a formal application.
4. Communication Consent
By submitting your contact details, you consent to being contacted by our team or our authorised partners via telephone, SMS, email, or WhatsApp. You may opt out of further communication at any time by informing the agent or emailing privacy@healthsure.co.za.
5. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when completing our forms. Providing false or misleading information may result in the inability to provide you with an accurate quote or suitable product recommendation.
6. Limitation of Liability
HealthSure SA shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from your interaction with our lead forms, our partners, or any insurance product subsequently purchased. All insurance products are governed by their own policy wordings and terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
8. Demarcation Notice
This is NOT a medical aid scheme. The products marketed through HealthSure SA are short-term insurance products underwritten by a licensed insurer. They are not the same as, nor a substitute for, membership of a medical scheme registered under the Medical Schemes Act 131 of 1998.
